I will admit, I am not a big fan of organized religion.

But... this was pretty damn amazing.

I'm not sure how to describe the whole religious experience here, but it definitely was inspiring.

Leños y Carbon

I discovered Leños y Carbon while in Panama a couple years ago and it was really good steak and exceptionally affordable.  So, I couldn't wait to find another Lenos & Carbon restaurant on this trip to Colombia.  I realize now that I should have started taking photos from the beginning, but you get the idea.  I ate here a lot.

Steak, rice, salad, potato and a Pepsi all for about $12 US Dollars.  I tried a couple of different steaks but always seemed to circle back to the "lomito tierno" (tender loin).  Delicious, tender and a huge portion of steak !
